EnBW has been researching the field of wind power since the middle of the 80s and now operates 50 onshore wind energy facilities in Germany. Since 2008, we have been successfully developing four large offshore projects in the North and Baltic Seas with around 1,200 MW. We are also developing our portfolio in onshore projects in Germany and Eastern Europe. In combination with the power of water, sunlight and sustainable energy, EnBW wants to increase the proportion of renewable energies to at least 20 % by 2020. Together with EnBW Erneuerbaren Energien GmbH, EnBW is pooling its commitment to regenerative energies - innovation and investment, research and the promotion of regenerative energies are fundamental pillars for our growth strategy.
