P+S shipyards received a further major contract for two special offshore vessels

P+S, the Stralsund-based shipyard, received a further million dollar contract for the construction of two installation vessels. By signing this contract P+S becomes one of the leading international companies in the field of specialized shipbuilding for the offshore wind industry. Nordex acquiring a stake in an offshore project

Nordex SE has signed a contract to acquire a roughly 40% stake in the project company which is developing the "Arcadis Ost 1" off-shore wind farm. Construction start for power supply line to first offshore wind farm

The operation of the first offshore wind farm off the coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is coming closer. On 10th July 2009, construction work began for the power supply line to the Baltic 1 offshore wind farm. The constructor is 50Hertz Offshore GmbH.
